This is FitStickz ColorFit Workout #F9. This is an abs workout where we use resistance to make things tougher than standard body weight exercises.
A resistance ab workout increases caloric burn as we are using more energy. It also really challenges the abominal and core muscles. Let’s burn through some stubborn body fat.
It requires only some ‘Dumbbells/weight plates’ – you can see some options I like here.
